Function Well Group Coaching a 4-week Faith + Functional Health group starting the first Tuesday or each month!!! My heart is to help you deepen your love and walk with Jesus, lay a strong foundation for strength training and help you reset your nutrition!!! YAY! Here’s what’s included: • 4 Biblical and Functional Wellness teachings (Mondays at 9:30 AM EST, live or catch the replay) • 4-week weight training programming (gym or home) • 1 private call with me to personalize your nutrition + goals • Weekly spiritual practices to help you grow more in the image of Jesus Cost: $297 for all four weeks
